Swipe Story s.r.l. (thereafter "SwipeStory"), a Italy-based company, produces and publishes electronic books and applications, mainly designed for cultural heritage and children. Our childrenís books and applications can be used with all types of devices to educate, inspire and entertain readers of all ages.

DEFINITIONS

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the following meaning : "child","children" : kid or kids aged less than 13;
"users" : individual using SwipeStoryís application for edutainement (reading, playing, education or entertainement);
"parent": kidís parent or legal guardian;
"personal information" : any identifiable personal detail, e.g. home adress, location, user ID, e-mail, phone number.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

SwipeStory strives to serve children with the guidance of their parents. This Privacy Policy is adopted to protect the privacy of our users.

COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA

We do not collect any privacy information from our users unless the users do explicitly agree to share such information with us. Currently we do only collect information from users when they send information request.
Sending of an information request requires user action (needs to be explicitly send from the user's mail application) and users may review any information prior sending and decide whether they want to disclose it with us or not.
Your e-mail adress will only be used to answer your questions and will not be shared with, distributed, resold or whatsoever to any third-party group or company.

We do not use cookies from your browser.
We absolutely do not intend to solicit information from children.

ADVERTISING

Our apps do not have any third part ads!

CHANGES

Our Privacy Policy can change without prior notice. Should we proceed with such changes, would we inform you by upgrading the APP version.
